Still Marching

When a someone who has sexually assaulted women is suddenly President of the United States;

You can no longer say "Hi we're the Western World, and we're really tough on rape..."

In her blistering, heart-felt poem Boys Will Be Boys Grace Pilkington exposes some hard truths about our society and offers a rallying cry to us all.

Grace Pilkington is a writer and poet from Shepherd's Bush.  She writes about taboo subject such as mental illness and  women's issues. She performs at literary nights across London and has performed on the BBC World Service. She was long-listed for the Notting Hill Editions essay prize for her work  Sugar-Coated on the contraceptive pill and was long-listed for the 2017 National Poetry Competition.  She has completed an MA in Creative Writing from Birkbeck University and writes a blog www.notatraceofgrace.com. She is part of  poetry collective Little Grape Jelly who have performed at festivals including Hay and Aldeburgh and have a collection published by Eyewear. When she is not writing, she works at a publishing company where she spends hours stroking freshly printed books.
